Free Viral Advertising accepts no liability whatsoever for any financial or personal damage that might occur as a result of using our service.
All memberships are password protected:
As we use secure third party payment processors Alert Pay, PayPal and ClickBank to process credit card and debit card orders, we do not have any access to your credit card information at all. When you make a purchase at this site, you are transferred to the secure servers of our payment processors. No credit card information is ever stored in our site database.
How The System Works:
When someone signs up from your site, they must first click on your Ad which will open a new window leading to your main website. They will have to wait a few seconds for a special code to appear on a separate frame at the top of the screen.

If you no longer wish to receive these offers, you may log into your Free Viral Advertising account and uncheck the Receive Messages From Admin. box. Due to this explicit agreement, any spam complaint made by you as a result of these mailings are completely null and void. If such a spam complaint interferes with the proper operation of Free Viral Advertising in any way, you may be liable for any lost revenues, as can be proven in a court of law.

Spam or U.C.E.
You agree not to engage in any spam activity. Sending U.C.E. (unsolicited commercial e-mail) is strictly forbidden. If there is sufficient proof of a spam complaint made against you, we will terminate your account and further ban you from using Free Viral Advertising.
Account Termination:
Free Viral Advertising reserves the right, in our sole discretion, to terminate any account for spam, abuse of services, fraud, illegal content or any other activity which we feel undermines the reputation, fair use, and proper function of Free Viral Advertising.
Account Rejection:
Free Viral Advertising may at any time refuse to include or reject any user in the network that is found to be inappropriate, based solely on Free Viral Advertising's discretion. We DO NOT accept any web site which has pornagraphy, or contains any illegal content or activities whatsoever.
Changes To Our Terms Of Service:
Free Viral Advertising reserves the right to change these terms whenever we wish and for whatever reason we feel necessary without any prior warning. You must comply with any new changes to these terms within 7 days of its posting on our web site.
